I have put this image together on Sketch Up as part of my proposal of where to take terraced housing from here. Demolition should be the last resort. Revamp is the best way forward as shown in the Dent Street, Hartlepool study. Middlesbrough has the opportunity to take sustainability to the next level and lead by example.
